Recently human resources are considered the most important element of development thus, “Human resources` potentials and skills” comes on the top of the agenda of the national concerns. And here in Egypt we need a great national wealth to growth the Egyptian human resources that can open wide horizons for the industry in the future to cope up with this time’s latest developments and requirement. The human resources are the most important element of development. So Human resources` potentials and skills comes on the top of the agenda of the national concerns. And here in Egypt the Egyptian human capacities are to boom only during crises and it is an advantage that should be invested. And we can achieve this goal when education is accompanied with an appropriate training. Actually the aptitude of the Egyptian human resources to growth is a great national wealth that can open wide horizons for industry in the future to cope up with the developments and requirements.
