Programme of the World Economic Forum on the Middle East from 20-22 May 2006 .
The programme of the World Economic Forum on the Middle East is designed to provide a platform for insight, problem-solving and concrete results around the overall theme of “ The Promise of a New Generation “. Leaders from government, the private sector and the society work collaboratively with many young people who have been specially invited to the event .Together they tackle five linked workstreams in pursuit of outcomes that will help prepare the way for a more prosperous and peaceful future for the region .The five sub-themes are set out in the enclosed programme guide to help you make the most of this opportunity to shape the regional agenda for the benefit of our shared future.
