Dr. Abdel Rahman Abdallah, Professor of Dermatology and Venereal Disease, Faculty of Medicine at Ein Shams University was the speaker. Yet, it was not until the last century that sexually transmitted diseases have become so prevalent due to the ease of migration and travel amongst our civilizations.
