In a bid to reduce accidents, a new traffic law will require licensing according to vehicle type. This will serve as a means to control the movement of freight. Licenses should detail itineraries with times and dates for insurance purposes.(Available in Arabic – German in PDF )
Industrial activity impinges on a new traffic law which will require licensing according to vehicle type in a bid to control the movement of goods, notably hazardous materials. Freight transport is bound to have an impact on the environment. In the meantime, the safety and quality of those goods are affected in transit. Special licenses should state itineraries, times and dates for insurance purposes, as the insurance industry is to play its role in the application of the new law.
