It has been recognized that the formation of cartels and blocks achieve further growth and prosperity in investment, in addition to allowing for technological advancement and promoting industry. Great industrial countries have shown that the formation of cartels and blocks achieve further growth and prosperity. Hence, it is time for the Arab world to grasp this means of advancement in order to be able to compete with the international cartels. It has been recognized that the Arab world has the potential and the necessary elements for interconnection and unity. The combining of the Arab world will enable for the expanding ability to rationalize energy, and the use of input, in addition to reduce the quality and quantity of human wealth, which in turn will minimize cost and maximize profit. Dr. Riad stresses the realities of our era which must be tackled with seriousness and clarity. Such involves the following: the continuation of confident steps to move away from our previous era; the necessity to enhance the rate of establishing the Great Free Arab Trade Zone; the issuance of required legislation in regards to integration of work forces. The main motivational tool is to strive for a better future for our generations.
