Dr. Nader Riad talks about allegiance and sense of belonging. Throughout their life, people tend to be loyal to this or that person, even in their workplace. Yet, based on his studying and working experience in Germany, he believes workers should be loyal to their job as a whole and not to one particular person or sector thereof. He believes managers and supervisors should inject such loyalty and sense of belonging into their workers’ hearts, thus bringing positive effects on the entire work.
