Paper discusses the integrated process of development that cannot be separated by the political economic and social development. The party believes that to support the rights of citizenship and the strengthening of the democratic process would be cornerstones of development in general and political development in particular. The paper confirms that the activation of the rights of citizenship is an ongoing process and does not stop due to considerations of political, economic, social regards. And that the present constitutional and legislative framework provides a wide parameter to ensure these rights and activate them either in the form of policies or in the form of new laws and the development or updating of existing laws and that the party’s comprehensive vision of reform does not put the overall concept of the constitutional framework, outside the scope of the audit, and does not confiscate the right to review any area, based on the priorities of national action and the need for reform. The vision and objectives of the Party and Government in support of the rights of citizenship and democracy are as follows: to achieve greater balance between the authorities – to support the multi-party system and the modernization of the electoral process – to support local democracy and decentralization – to strengthen the rule of law and justice – to support the role of civil society – women’s empowerment – the promotion of transparency – development of a culture of democracy.
