The German Ambassador in Cairo , Baron Paul Von Maltzahn expressed in his speech his appreciation for Riad’s efforts towards reinforcing economic ties between Egypt and Germany as well as his accomplishments towards the development of Egyptian society. A big number of VIPs attended the ceremony, including Ambassadors, Arab and German businessmen and intellectuals; among them were Minister Moukhtar Khattab ,Hitler Tantawy ,Moustafa Al Feki ,Hamed Abou Al leil,Nadia Makram Ebaid, Zahi Hawas, Mounir Ghaboour, Venice Kamel Gouda , Samy Saad , Peter Gobrifsh, Adel Al Moozy, Bahaa Zaghloul, Said Sonbol, Mourcy Saad Al Deen and Hosny Gundy .
