Mr. Herman Gregory, a respected firefighter, died in a tragic accident. His funeral was attended by all the residents of the city along with the mayor. A newspaper revealed that Gregory had a blood alcohol level of 1.8 percent. Some of the public praised his behavior, while another group wondered how he was allowed to join the team especially as he was not fit for duty. Respected firefighter Mr. Herman Gregory died in a tragic fire. He was taken to his final resting place as a hero of the village. Some 45 days after the accident newspapers published an article leaked by the Department of Forensic Medicine which confirmed that he had a blood alcohol level of 1.8 percent. Some of the public accused the paper of trying to tarnish the image of a reputable and respected hero. Gregory was not working when the fire broke out and he joined his colleagues when he was alerted that there was a fire, even though he was not fit for duty. Some praised his efforts while others wondered how he could be allowed to join the team as he unnecessarily and unjustifiably wasted his life. His reputation has been greatly affected since the disclosure of details.
