Over 600 business and political leaders gathered in Beijing at the World Economic Forum’s China Business Summit 2005 to explore the key issues affecting the country .
The China Business Summit 2005 demanded for greater training and education, developing China’s capital markets, raw materials, the environmental impact of rapid growth and spreading China’s wealth to its 800 million rural poor . The Summit focused on managing China’s economy to achieve continued growth, building the Chinese multinational, evolution of China’s financial system, how to nurture China’s new business ventures, reducing waste in China’s resources – hungry economy ,the equitable development for China’s rural poor and assessing the impact of the world’s largest ageing population.
