Whoever engages in quality issues knows more than others that he should transfer in escalation inside quality system starting from product quality, once he has completed it, he transfers to system quality then system completion quality where he is accompanied throughout transfer from a stage to another stage whether on the horizontal standard or the vertical one, by slogans and invariants connected to quality concepts which he should understand and repeat as a scout law until they become a massive call in which the team at whole repeats.(Available in Arabic – German in PDF)
If we entered in the region of deal with system completion, this may be an entrance to a policy set for the preservation of the organization’s memory including events, concrete and abstract values as well as caring for having an influence or being influenced between each of the internal society and the external one inside the organization, we see a care for data and statistics registration quality – care for complaint file management quality – care for a telephone call receipt quality – care for mistakes censorship and adopting correcting solutions for them and taking procedures avoiding the repeat of the same mistake – caring about transfer of expertise from the leadership to assistants – second line formation quality. It’s so strange that such stage is connected often to the occur of a psychological and abstract unification between the individual and the pursuit for quality applications carefully in a respond that never mixes with any hesitation in which quality concepts transfer from work location to homes and surrounding environments, what makes quality a life style inside the family as well as the society.
