Whoever is involved in quality circle understands that when progressing inside the quality system you start at product quality, then system quality until you reach system integration quality. The movement from one stage to the next is accompanied by maxims that are repeated until the whole team begins to understand and chant them. Quality concepts are transferred from the work place to the home when there is incidence of psychological and moral unity between the individual and the pursuit of quality applications.(Available in Arabic – German in PDF )
Progress within the quality system starts with the product, then the system and ends with system integration. The shift from one stage to the other should be accompanied by maxims associated with quality concepts. Under the heading ‘product quality’ we often hear such maxims as: Superior quality is the target of every product, Dirty hands cannot make a clean product, and Tomorrow’s quality starts now. Under system quality we find the slogan: Continuous training throughout the employee’s career. In order that quality concepts be transferred from the workplace to the home there is an incidence of psychological and moral unity between the individual and the pursuit of quality applications, thus engendering a quality of life system within the family and community.
