In a statement issued yesterday, the Federation of Egyptian Industries stressed that the draft law of small enterprises is considered part and parcel of the Egyptian job market, which is based on four main axes: equality, qualification, employment, and creating job vacancies by the aid of small enterprises. In its recommendations, the Federation stressed the necessity of the exemption of small enterprises from paying taxes for 3 years. The Federation also found the Social Fund for Development and all of its subsidiary institutions qualified enough to supervise and sponsor small enterprises. Therefore, the Fund is supposed to give small enterprises counsels and recommendations through conducting technical and economic feasibility studies that can guarantee them the ability to confront all possible risks.
