Egyptian Company for Industrial & Constructional Development

The purpose of the company: To develop & improve the small industrial & handcraft organizations. Also to support such organizations to enable them to contribute to the economical development, through the establishment of industrial compounds that include production units for these projects. The following steps are to be taken in this respect: 1- Procuring and setting up the necessary land for attaining such purpose, providing it with necessary equipment for erecting the different types of establishments. 2- Handling the erected establishments either by selling or leasing. 3- Providing necessary services to the small & craft based industries such as: Performing the economical, financial, technical and marketing studies. Also carrying out the necessary administrative procedures on behalf of the project owners, in order to facilitate them follow up of their business.
