The document explains that the National Party to recognize that diplomacy is no longer the sole expression of the contact with the outside world, but there are other tools that do not fall far short of the diplomatic body to address the world, including the parliamentary and diplomatic contacts and relations associated with the party organizations and other grass-roots civil society organizations and business groups and young people, women and other stakeholders a strong community .
