In this article, Dr. Nader Riad, Chairman of the Committee for Small and Middle Scale Industries at the Egyptian Industries Union, stressed that the small-scale industries bill proposed by the government, stands as a significant step towards sponsoring and developing small-scale projects. This bill voices the aspirations of progress promised by these projects. However, in order to secure ultimate efficiency for this bill and to ensure its implementation in ways that help achieve expected benefits targeted by the Small and Medium Scale Industries Project at the Industrial Union, several essential principles need to be observed.
