The Honor Pact is an initiative for consumer satisfaction as determined by the committee for long life engineering commodities, and is deemed a great accomplishment, not only for protecting, but also in shielding the guidelines of these commodity markets for the welfare of National Industries. ( Available in Arabic – German in PDF )
The Honor Pact targets total consumer satisfaction, hence providing an exemplary model to be followed. Sections of the honor pact describe the guarantee period for these commodities for not less than one year. It discusses the after sale services via the accepted maintenance centers belonging to the original manufacturers. And if the original manufacturers maintenance center is not available, approved maintenance centers will be available, which is declared in the records given to the customer as being part of the packet of sale details, safe operation manuals and spare parts.
