The paper portrays the vision of the party towards the advancement of sports in a way which allows for broadening the base of the practice of sports, and caring for talented youth, and the upgrading of sports facilities, as well as to involve the private sector in sports activities, the development of sports management systems. Reflecting the conviction of the party and the government that sports are not a recreational activity but the right of every citizen. ( Available in Arabic )
The paper stressed the fact that as the basis of a comprehensive vision it is necessary to enable young people to practice sports, and to widen the circle of participation in sports, the party puts forward a set of policies, which aim to develop the political culture of youth, and to widen youth activities, and the physical development of youth and to modernize facilities, and increase the representation of young people in youth services, by developing non-traditional programs such as the Vanguard Parliament and the Youth Parliament and the offices of the youth services in order to facilitate access to government services, in addition to the desire of the party and the government to amend the legislative framework governing the organization of youth services so as to achieve the main objective being to enable young people to participate in sports and give them adequate opportunity to contribute actively in the political , social, economic and cultural life .
