Dr. Mofid Shehab, the Minister of Education and State Minister for Scientific Research, issued a decree appointing three new members to the Board of the National Council for Research. It includes Dr. Ismail Osman, Dr. Nader Riad, and Mr. Shafik Boghdady. The appointment of these three members comes within the framework prepared by Dr. Hany el Nazer, Head of the National Center, to establish applied research centers for the industrial, agricultural, and environmental fields.
