The Confederation of Egyptian European Business Associations was founded in May 2004 with more than 3000 members. The main purpose of the Confederation is to boost joint cooperation as well as relationships with major business associations and aid authorities in Europe with respect and complete independence of existing organizations. In hosting the first Ramadan Iftar in Alexandria, incoming Chairman Dr. Eng. Nader Riad laid out his plan for the coming year. His main areas of work are: Development of human resources; transfer and adaptation of modern technology; conservation of the environment and natural resources and energy; activating the Confederation branches at the Red Sea and the South Valley.
