German investors see Egypt as a fertile place in terms of manufacture and as a springboard for exporting to the other countries of the region. This is one of the results of the campaign launched by the Egyptian German Business Council to try to boost German investments in Egypt. The country’s credibility among German investors has been boosted by the great coordination between the government and private sector representatives at an international conference in Munich. The reforms witnessed by Egypt’s investment climate over the past few years may give a significant contribution in this regard, too.
