The paper showed that the National Party by adopting the program of support for families in need , and the system for new social policies, translates the reform ideals through the new development vision and ambitious new approach to ensure the humane facade of development and improve the living standards of families in need. The paper stressed the fact that the program to enable families in need and the most deserving , reflects the continued commitment of the National Party not only towards the protection and support of families in need , but to break the cycle of poverty and to merge them into the community. The program was being activated in the medium and long-terms towards the family, to respond to the needs of the Egyptian woman who always put her family on her priorities and increasingly shouldered the burden ; to this effect, this program is characterized by projecting benefit to many segments of females, who were not receiving appropriate support through the programs to combat poverty.
