Over the past weeks, we published a series of features about the issues of industry modernization. They included specifications, scientific qualifications, the role of engineering and vocational education, and the human elements as being fundamental to national economics in general and the Egyptian industry in particular. In this issue, the People’s Assembly Industry and Energy Committee consultant Dr. Nader Riad discusses his views on the human development element as a necessity in order to develop the industry.(Available in Arabic – German in PDF)

Dr. Riad mentioned that there are three important roles needed for the development of the industries. He also stressed the necessity of establishing an information network.
