The National Party is aware that Egypt is facing a relative gap in knowledge and the main challenge of the Egyptian society is to overcome this gap, and is also aware that knowledge in its wider sense is a moving target and that its borders undergo a continuous expansion .In order for it to be coherent an integrated action in four areas is universally agreed: access to knowledge, dissemination and application of production, it is recognized that knowledge context grows after a period of time and must be renewed, but not only in the context of an integrated community where the importance of faith in the true knowledge is searched after, and that the relationship between knowledge and human development and the rights of the citizen are complex, and a critical understanding promote each other as the common goal is freedom .
