This paper discusses the rights of citizenship and democracy through the following elements: vision and goals – and his government’s efforts on the operational the rights of citizenship and democracy – the proposed policies on the operationa of the rights of citizenship and democracy. The basic principles of the National Democratic Party for his commitment to the principle of citizenship, the basis for full equality of rights and duties between all Egyptians regardless of religion or belief, sex or origin, as confirmed these principles to the pursuit of the party to ensure respect for fundamental rights of citizens in all walks of life such as the right to safe life, liberty and equality before the law and the right to property, employment, education, health care and respect for private life and political participation and freedom of thought and expression and other rights and freedoms derived from divine law and the Constitution and international covenants signed by Egypt .
