Education with its traditional and new types is the backbone of the knowledge in society and therefore, the state of education and its vision of the future are true of the Egyptian society at large; the efforts of its development impact in bringing about development in all its aspects, in order to achieve a leap in the quality of education, and to carry out its responsibilities not only to a particular entity, but also to include the community in all walks of life in the context of community participation , democratic practices in education, the civilian sector and the production sector have played an indispensable role in the context of decentralization which allow use of the vast resources and capabilities and to expand the base of participation for each of the beneficiaries of educational services and to achieve a balanced geographical spread to ensure appropriate educational direction of the society and the surrounding environment.
