Consumers have some inalienable rights. Among these rights are the possibility of returning the products they buy and getting a refund – on certain conditions – and also of having them properly maintained. Dr. Nader Riad explains these rights in details, as he thinks the economy cannot grow without consumers being protected. He also calls, among other things, for carrying out impartial tests and inspections.
