On May 30th, 2007, Dr. Nader Riad, Head of the Committee of Engineering and Durable Goods at the Consumer Protection Authority, addressed a group of intellectuals who met to discuss „The Reality of Consumer Protection in Egypt.“ This symposium was organized by the Economic Committee at the Syndicate of Journalist in Cairo.( Available in Arabic – German in PDF )
On May 30th, 2007, Dr. Nader Riad, Head of the Committee of Engineering and Durable Goods at the Consumer Protection Authority, addressed a group of intellectuals who met to discuss „The Reality of Consumer Protection in Egypt.“ This symposium was organized by the Economic Committee at the Syndicate of Journalist in Cairo. During his speech, Dr. Raid stressed it is extremely important to establish integrated laboratories to cover all the fields of goods in various specialized examinations so that they are independent, neutral, and transparent. He went on to discuss the need for market control with Egypt and the rest of the world.
