This is a linguistic detailed technical report. It is written by Dr. Eng. Nader Riad. It tackles the linguistic and technical features of standard specifications project. The report is made of two sections. The report acknowledges that there is no essential remark on the first section of the report. However, there are some linguistic and technical remarks. But there are essential and linguistic on the second one. There are typographical errors which have been highlighted. Also, there are syntactic remarks concerning the transfer strategy from English into Arabic. The report denotes that there are some terms that are mistranslated. At the very end of the report, there are some amendments for these errors. ( Available in Arabic )
