A Ramadan fast-breaking meal (iftar) was held in Alexandria to discuss ways to attract European investments and technology to Egypt. A similar role is played by the Egyptian-German Business Council, which is going to hold several meetings with its European partners next year to boost, among other things, tourism and trade. A Ramadan fast-breaking meal (iftar) was held in Alexandria among representatives of the Egyptian and the German business communities as well as political personalities. The participants discussed ways to attract European investments and technology to Egypt. This is also one of the goals of the Egyptian-German Business Council. Next year, the Council is going to hold several meetings with European businessmen in different locations to boost tourism and trade, attract investments to Egypt, and create new job opportunities for the Egyptians.
