H.E. Dr. Ebermann, Ambassador , Head of Delegation – European Commission , H.E. Tarek Kamel, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, H.E. Fayza Aboulanga, Minister for International Cooperation and Dr. Amr Salama, Minister for Higher Education and Scientific Research opened EU-Egypt Cooperation Conference in the Science and technology area on November 27th ,2005.

Many Ministers and businessmen attended the Opening Party, among them Prof. Hany El Nazer,( Chairman , National Research Center) , Dr. Nader Riad, (Chairman – R&D Committee FEI) and Mr. Bernard Levri CEO-Siemens Egypt).
