The Paper discusses the issue of education through a number of practices: The development of the legislative framework for higher education – Youth activity and the students‘ roster – upgrading the primary education system, including the alleviation of work in the first three years of the age of the pupil – building a special cadre of teachers – the integration of the different education systems. The paper showed that the integration of the various systems of education presently available in Egypt have given it a strong push towards the opportunity for continuity, and open communication with what is happening in the world without fear of negative impact on the cultural identity of the citizen, the Arabic language and the development of teaching it are considered as the important basis for this identity and is the conscience of society in the future .
