Bavaria-Egypt Company held its annual iftar party for workers with the factories‘ sector and head of departments on Thursday 2 September (23 Ramadan) at Orkid Hall, Air Force House. Dr. Nader Riad, chairman of Bavaria-Egypt, and a group of guests attended the party. Riad’s discussion focused on a number of important points, such as the importance of continuous training to enhance the performance of workers and to increase their income, the success of the family is a fundamental factor in the success of the company and a happy paterfamilias leads to a happy family.(Available in Arabic -German in PDF)

The party began with a speech delivered by Justice Moatasem Rashed, in which he expressed his happiness in attending the family meeting. He lauded the company’s work system under the leadership of Dr. Nader Riad, which made Bavaria-Egypt an Ambassador for Egyptian industry in the international arena. Labib Samir delivered a word on behalf of Dr. Fouad Iskandar, former minister of immigration. He said that the former minister could not attend the party due to health issues and wished him a speedy recovery. The former minister sent a gentle message congratulating all attendees with the fasting month of Ramadan. „Long live a successful Bavaria. Long live Bavaria, one of the pillars of Egypt’s modern history,“ added Samir. Abdul Fatah Abul Saud, head of the legal and administrative affairs department and party presenter, said that we are always waiting for such a family meeting between the leader and his lawful sons. Dr. Nader Riad reviewed the volume of spending for research and promotion and development of production in 2008, 2009 and 2010. Dr. Riad added that the number of the company’s workers increased by 12 percent and their salaries soared by 10 percent. At the end of the party, Dr. Riad distributed profits and awards of excellence to workers in different departments and then the attendees posed for documentary photos.
