The Ministry of Higher Education and the State Ministry for Scientific Research approved a project of cooperation between the Optics Institute in Berlin and the Egyptian Optics Institute in Mataria. The project was presented by Dr. Nader Riad, Chief of Board of Trustees of the Technological College in Mataria. Its aim is to enhance cooperation in the field of technology transfer and the exchange of expertise between researchers. ( Available in Arabic – German in PDF )

Representing Germany, Engineer Dr. Reinhard Tomer, Head of Applied Sciences University in Berlin will be signing, while Engineer Dr. Nader Riad, the Head of Board of Trustees of the Technological College in Mataria, will represent Egypt in the signing ceremony.
