Dr. Nader Riad gave a speech at a symposium held at the Mubarak Public Library, on 14 May 2001 to discuss the „office management assistant program“, where he reviewed the Mubarak-Kohl project for qualifying training, which started as an initiative in 1990. The symposium was attended by a number of library members who had concerns in this regard.(Available in Arabic – German in PDF )
Dr. Nader Riad confirmed that the Mubarak-Kohl Project succeeded in establishing centers in three major industrial cities (10th of Ramadan – 6th of October – Sadat City), which provided services for qualifying education and consultations for industrial institutions. This project facilitated special programs and symposiums for the management of the “know-how” right, international commerce and investment, marketing, total quality, financial management and others. Dr. Nader has announced the new program „office management assistant“, which was presented in detail by Mr. Onsi Georgios, Director of the Regional Unit for the Enforcement of the Double Training Program in the Greater Cairo. Furthermore, Dr. Riad indicated that the German-Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the European Economic Development Association supervised this program. On the other hand, the Ministry of Education supervised this educational qualifying program for 3 years, enabling the graduates to be qualified for all technical, managerial and executive jobs for office management.
