This Briefing discusses the appointed board members of the General Authority for Investment & Free trade Zones and after considering the constitution and the law for investment guarantees and incentives no. 8 for year 1997, the presidential decree no. 284 of 1997 for establishing General Authority for Investment & Free Zones, which is amended by decree no. 316 of 2004, the prime ministerial decree no. 2063 of 2008, as proposed by the minister of investment.(Available in Arabic – German in PDF )
