Dr. Nader Riad emphasized in his article “ Small Industries are a profitable horse“ that small industries are the basis that pyramid formation of industry depends upon at any time and place, the more the basis of small industries are increasing in volume, the more the industrial pyramid summit is able to keep in a raise without a cause of disorder in balances reaching qualification in order to build up competitive ability, reaching then export ability and added value increase in Egyptian Industrial constituent. The article was exposed to strategic goals of promoting small industries which were summed up in three points.(Available in Arabic- German in PDF)

The article clarified the difference between small enterprises and small industries, Small enterprises‘ track is social and developmental while small industries‘ track is industrial and serviceable, which aims at reaching its finest form in order that such small industries become nourishing for great industries, such small industries are subject to labor and performance system which greater industrial in volume are committed to, so that in this case, they become a part of the industrial system which is ruled by quality standards, standard specifications, determination, selection of the finest material and measuring of the rates of the wasted materials, time and energy. The article emphasized the necessity of small industries support, by giving small integrative projects which have the ability to be repeated in pattern, for organization of different activities by the system of the package of integrative activities which is limited in cost and having a guarantee in return in order to be possible to be generalized in villages so that self satisfaction is achieved in every village to be transformed to a productive village, the matter which serves in limitation of unemployment and elimination of emigration of village citizens to towns, a strategic national demand that should be adopted
