Those who are interested in quality know well that they should ascend within the quality system starting from the product quality, then the system quality and then the quality of the system integration. Through moving from one stage to another, whether horizontally or vertically, quality-related slogans and principles should be fathomed out and realized well. Under the title of product quality, we hear repeated slogans such as: We do not have second-grade products, dirty hands cannot produce clean products, take the right measure from the first time, tomorrow’s quality starts today, today’s quality will not be able to meet tomorrow’s needs, continuing training should cover all workers during their careers, and there is no bad worker, but there is bad head of department. If we deal with the system integration, this will be an introduction to setting a policy to preserve the institution’s events and material and moral values as well as the relation between the community inside the institution and the community outside it. There is an interest in the quality of data and statistics registration, the quality of management of complaints, the quality of receiving phone calls, and the quality of monitoring mistakes, finding right solutions and taking measures to prevent the recurrence of these mistakes. There is also an interest in the transfer of expertise from leaders to aides. Strangely enough, this stage is mostly characterized with psychological and moral integration between individual and seeking to apply quality perfectly so that the quality concepts will move from the workplace to the house and the surrounding circle, thus making quality a lifestyle within the family.
