The Egyptian Ministry of Industry has announced a plan to develop the Egyptian industrial training system. This plan consists in upgrading technical high schools and vocational training centers. Its goal is to qualify young people and graduates of technical high schools, so that they can meet the demand of the job market. Such demands, though, must be defined and studied, first. Eventually, this plan aims at increasing the competitive capacity and productive efficiency of the Egyptian workforce.
