Dr. Nader Riad assured in his article that both loyalty and belonging should be directed to the profession which each of us belongs to reaching the wonderful concept of professional pride which results in making who adopts it, sticking to quality goals and in a pursuit to gain whatever modern and newly introduced in profession means and tools. The article pointed to the field of professional belonging and loyalty, the most widened, it’s intended to be the national aspect, national union of native people and engagement of all forces and trends, assuring that home concept is the banner which protect us all. The article clarified that loyalty and belonging should be directed to the profession which each of us belongs to, reaching the wonderful concept, that is, professional pride which make its adopter stick to quality goals and pursue to obtain whatever modern and new in professional methods and tools, he is ruled in these terms by completion of tools of competitive capacity, not on the local standard, but in a reach to competitive capacity externally and with an excellent percentage of both price and quality standards.
