Theoretical education and training are two sides of the same coin. Young students need both of them before entering the job market. A special program has kicked off providing this kind of education; it gives students the necessary skills and qualifications to perform their specialties after graduation and provide benefits to their families, too. Theoretical education and training are two sides of the same coin. Based on that, the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education has entered into cooperation with a college to provide both of them to students before they enter the job market. The resulting course has so far been successful. It provides students the practical skills and qualifications they need in their jobs, prepares them for their specialties, and helps them get a professional license to set up small enterprises. As a result, their family’s income also improves.
