It also depends on pursuing all transgressions in a way that is proportional to the effects and consequences of such acts, and to the harm it causes other parties in the market, whether they are rival producers or consumers, and pursuing any violations of rights and legal interests. Economic reform and progress depends on an accurate and sound equation of all parties involved in activities within the domestic market. It also depends on pursuing all transgressions in a way that is proportional to the effects and consequences of such acts, and to the harm it causes other parties in the market, whether they are rival producers or consumers, and pursuing any violations of rights and legal interests. There have been a number of alarming phenomena that have negatively affected the business and investment environment, and what could be considered a breach. The Advisor to the Industry Committee at the People’s Assembly, Dr. Nader Riad stated a series of observations, in part related to so call “warning advertisements” acting as a trap to raise doubts in the quality and efficiency of national production, while their emitters monopolize the standard specifications of certain products. In the final analysis, this lead to the defaming slogan: “made in Egypt” on the local level within the national market, and more seriously, on the foreign market.
