Beginning next year, QIZ, the Arab Facilitation and GAT treaties will be implemented. This means that doors will finally open to our exports abroad as well as to imports into the local market. According to the requirements of the World Trade Organization, due to the terms and conditions of the Partnership Agreement with the European Union and the fact that Egypt will become real partner of advanced countries, manufacturers of engineering products are demanding the implementation of strict rules prohibiting the falsification of Certificates of Origin for products imported from Arab countries. Manufactures are also asked to grant Egyptian manufacturers incentives similar to those awarded to manufacturers of advanced countries.
