In this article, Industrial expert Dr. Nader Riad, President of the Egyptian-German Business Council, called for the establishment of a government body to lay the rules for measuring what has been labeled the “rating of the credit blanket” for small, medium, and large companies to help facilitate their bank dealings. He stated that this system is not alien to finance and credit establishments in Egypt, but is implemented on a personal basis and is not available to every company or individual. Dr.Riad added that industrial countries like Europe and America apply it through a pseudo government body entrusted with the economic data and studies.(Available in Arabic – German in PDF)
