Relevant experts emphasize the necessity to develop the Egyptian industry, whilst asserting all the essential implementations required for Egypt to advance to an international level. At the present time, experts assert the necessity for industrial modernization; such with an aim to develop and enhance the efficiency of industrial performance. Dr. Raid addresses the fierce competitive nature at the international level, whereby research and development are related to gaining a competitive advantage. In line with this, he further asserts the need to raise the Egyptian standards to an international level, whereby as a result, the Egypt industry will become a symbol of confidence and quality within the international trade conscience. Furthermore, Dr. Nader Riad asserts the necessity to establish a specialized centre in relation to product assessment, in order to meet the needs of both the producers and the consumers. Such is deemed an essential factor for any industrial activity. Furthermore he stresses the need to establish this centre under the umbrella of the Ministry of Industry and Technological Development. On a final note, the financial requirements for such a development are discussed.
