In his article, titled “Production and Employment are National Demands”, Dr. Nader Riad asserted that the production issue and issue of employment and promotion to the standard of labor force in a reservation of human capital of working people forces are both issue matters which are on top of priorities in national work system in accomplishment of superior interests of the country.(Available in Arabic- German in PDF)
The article discussed a number of important axes on which industry men and traders work on nowadays, The article showed that having a specialized and expert minister at the head of Investment Ministry is a strong push for investment management and the combination of Industry men interests in their white collars, with that of their employees in blue collars, was and still is the principle motivator of expected industrial renaissance which the country hopes for currently, and in the sound of their machinery and the quality of their product lies the principle passage of Egypt along the way of prosperity. The article asked questions about the future of the Ministry of Investment which has inherited public labor sector ministry, which therefore had discharged before ministry of Industry in its previous age from its original major, in respect of administration of companies of Industrial sector owned by the state.
