The study emphasizes the importance of establishing a specialized Center, for the evaluation of commodities and products, and that of Reverse Engineering. Such a Center would offer a specialized expertise to different industries; so that time be saved, and costs be lowered.( Available in Arabic )
The study stressed the importance of the evaluation of commodities and products, as well as that of Reverse Engineering, for the development of Egyptian industry. It reviews experiences of some developed countries which profited from Reverse Engineering to achieve their advancement. The study also pointed at the importance of the inclusion of programs of evaluating commodities and products in faculties of engineering in Egypt, and the establishment of a Center, specialized in this field. This Center would offer its expertise to different industries, in return for fees. Thus augmenting its budget, and improving its technical capacities.
