As a valued friend of the American University in Cairo ( AUC ), Mr. David D. Arnold , president of AUC, sent a letter to Dr. Riad sharing with him the annual President’s Report of the university , describing the progress the university has made and the position it has arrived. Today, AUC is a dramatically different institution than it was ten years ago. The enclosed report highlights AUC’s major activities in fiscal year 2005.
