The file presents a synopsis of speeches given to employees for an Iftar banquet on October 8th, 2007. It highlights key notes from the speeches with regards to Bavaria’s development over the year, its successes, and how to build a coherent and fluid team. Speeches began with Dr. Fu’ad Iskandar, who applauded Bavaria on their distinguished party, and pointed to its constant development that aims at benefiting not only a better future, but the workers as well. Mr. Mu’tasim Rashid continued as speaker, noting that Bavaria’s business model should be taken as a role model. Dr. Riad concluded the speeches, and reviewed his proposals for better worker conditions, and the means of overcoming challenges in the future.
