The company hosted the superior students in the General Certificate of Secondary Education at its factory’s headquarters in Jesr Al Suez under the visits organized by “AL Gomhuria” Newspaper for the superior in the General Certificate of Secondary Education before the scheduled flight to Europe early next September. Dr. Nader Riad, the chairman, and a group of the executive and administrative leaders welcomed the students. Mr. Moamen Maged , First deputy editor of Al Gomhuria Newspaper , stated that it is a great honor to “Dar AL Tahrir ” and ” AL Gomhuria” News Papers to escort the superior students in “Bavaria” company which is one of the most of the industrial castles in Egypt . The visit program included a round table for open- dialogue between the chairman and the superior students followed by a tour to the modern production lines in factories sector.(Available in Arabic – German in PDF)
Dr. Nader Riad, the Chairman of the board of directors ,pointed out in an open dialogue with the superior students that this meeting regained his memories of excellence in educational levels, explaining that he considered that excellence achieved in the levels of education is the top ambition and success, but practice proved that person’s life must pass through a number of milestones necessary to achieve success, and his excellency submitted a number of advices for students before starting their university education. First of all for that every stage in human’s life has its tools which are required to achieve success. He claimed the students to discover their abilities and determines their ambitions, stressing that every individual should have a set of challenges, the biggest challenge of them is to search for the goal and discover the way to achieve it. At the end of the ceremony and before having meal, Dr. Nader Riad presented souvenirs to the superior students.
